Requirements
- The Intercom Viewer is connected to a compatible UniFi Console's PoE port via an Ethernet cable.
- The Intercom Viewer and compatible Access Readers are adopted on the same UniFi Console.
- Update your Access application and devices to the latest versions.
Configuring Intercom Viewers
- Navigate to Access application > Devices > Viewers > select an Intercom Viewer > Settings and configure its name for easy identification.
- Navigate to Caller Manager and add it as a doorbell call receiver for Intercom or Pro Readers.
