UniFi Organizations take Site Manager to the next level—giving you the power to group sites in a way that mirrors real-world organizational structures. With this setup, you can centrally manage Users, Admins, and Policies across all your sites with just a few clicks.

Whether you’re part of an in-house Enterprise IT team or managing deployments as an MSP, UniFi Organizations deliver a secure, scalable, and seamless way to control your network environment.

Centralized Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • Unified list of users and admins across all sites, including their roles and permissions.
  • Real-time syncing with your Identity Provider (IdP) or directory service.
  • SAML-based Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) support for streamlined and secure login.
  • Role-based access control using mapped Directory Groups for precise permissions.

Seamless & Secure Zero-Trust Access

  • One-click access to WiFi and VPN using Identity Endpoint with SAML, SSO, and MFA.
  • Split-tunnel VPN support for remote employees—improves speed and security by routing only UniFi traffic through the VPN while keeping general internet access local.
  • Synchronized door access credentials across all sites for consistent, secure facility access.
