UniFi Access - Door Unlock with Mobile Unlock (User Guide)

Mobile Unlock lets you unlock doors effortlessly simply with your phone or watch. This guide shows you how to use it. If you’re an admin setting up Mobile Unlock, click here.

Requirements

• Identity Endpoint for mobile
  • iOS 16.0 or later
  • Android 7.0 or later
  • watchOS 9.0 or later (Mobile Button only)

Unlocking Doors with Mobile Button

1. Approach a reader.
2. Open your Identity Endpoint for mobile:
   • Android and iOS: Tap the Unlock button.
   • watchOS: Tap a door icon.
3. Once recognized, the door will unlock.

2. Tap your phone directly against the reader.
3. Once recognized, the door will unlock.
