Unlocking Doors with QR Code in UniFi Access

This guide is for visitors or guests who received a QR Code to access a site secured by UniFi Door Access. If you’re an admin trying to configure guest or visitor access, click here.

Requirements

• You've received an email, SMS, or QR code with your visit details, including the visit time, person to visit, and door access credentials. 

Note: If you have not received any visit details, please contact your primary point of contact at the location you'll be visiting.

Unlocking Doors with QR Code

1. Approach a reader at your scheduled visit time.
   
2. Open your invitation email and find the QR code.
3. Tap Scan QR Code on the reader.
4. Hold your QR code in front of the camera and pause briefly as the system processes your code.
5. Once recognized, the door will unlock.
