UniFi Identity Enterprise - Create Slack Webhook

Create a Slack Webhook to define the events that should be sent to designated Slack channels.

1. Go to Lab > Integration > Slack Webhook and click Create.
2. Enter a webhook name.
3. Specify whether to apply the webhook to the entire workspace or certain sites.
4. Get the Slack Webhook URL and fill it in the field. 
5. Tick the event checkboxes to decide which types of notifications will be sent to the channel.
6. Click Create.

Configure Event Subscriptions

1. On the Create Slack Webhook page, scroll down to Event Subscriptions.
2. Tick the event checkboxes to decide which types of notifications will be sent to the channel.

Get the Slack Webhook URL

1. Open Slack, either the desktop or web-based app, and select a workspace.
2. From the Slack menu, go to Tools & settings > Customize Workspace.
3. On the prompted website, click Menu > Configure Apps > Build > Create an App.
4. Select From scratch. Enter the app name (for example: UID) and pick a workspace.
5. Click Create App.
6. Click Incoming Webhooks in the left sidebar and turn the toggle on.
7. Select the channel to which your Identity Enterprise notifications will be sent and click Allow.
8. Copy the Webhook URL.
