UniFi Network - 6 GHz Support with UniFi6 Access Points

The 6 GHz frequency band is a region of the RF spectrum that has recently become available for compatible WiFi6E access points, such as the UniFi6 Enterprise. To use the 6 GHz band, you must have the appropriate hardware, and:

  • Your country or territory must allow 6 GHz spectrum usage for WiFi6E. A full list of these locations can be found here.
  • Your UniFi6 AP must be certified to broadcast in your country or territory. Please note that this is contingent on your Network application and AP being updated to their respective minimum versions, listed below. 

The following countries support 6 GHz operation. Additional countries and their minimum versioning information will be added as they become eligible.
