Ubiquiti offers flexible procurement options for organizations deploying UniFi. This guide outlines available purchasing methods, payment options, and key information to support your internal procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
Overview
UniFi can be procured through several channels, depending on your organization’s needs:
- UI Store: Direct online purchasing with support for Credit Card, ACH, Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Pay by Invoice (prepayment only; no credit terms).
- Authorized Distributor: Provide additional procurement flexibility, including credit terms, local inventory, and direct sales support.
- Certified Installers: Offer end-to-end services including design, installation, and ongoing managed services.
For large projects over $50,000 USD, you can request direct pre-sales support at experts.ui.com.

Where can I obtain Ubiquiti’s W-9 (Tax ID Verification)?
A current, signed W-9 is available for download on the order status page. If you need a copy prior to a purchase, contact Store Support here.
How do I obtain Ubiquiti’s bank account details prior to purchase from store.ui.com?
Ubiquiti does not provide static or pre-issued bank information. Each Ubiquiti Account Email is assigned a unique Account Number for the purposes of making store payments. This number can be found in one of two places:
- At checkout
- In the Pay by Invoice email sent to your purchasing contact
How do I send payment remittance?
Payment remittance is not required. Because each Ubiquiti Account Email uses unique payment details, incoming payments are automatically matched to the correct order. Once payment is received, fulfillment begins without additional confirmation.
Be sure to use the correct account number listed at checkout, or in the Pay By Invoice email sent to your purchasing contact.
How do I obtain credit terms (e.g., Net 30)?
Credit terms are available through authorized distributors and resellers.
The UI Store does not offer credit terms, and all invoice orders are prepaid based on the terms shown at checkout.
