Effective as of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a privacy regulation that aims to strengthen the security and protection of personal data in the EU and harmonize EU data protection laws. Besides strengthening and standardizing data privacy across the EU nations, it will require new or additional obligations on all organizations that handle EU citizens’ personal data.

To ensure all data is completely deleted, please factory reset your Ubiquiti NVR device or uninstall the NVR software. This will clear all data associated with it. Please back up the videos prior to performing these procedures.  

To export the accounts and user database, the administrator may go to NVR Settings, and click on Download Configuration.

Our team is reviewing our products and practices to ensure we support our customers with their GDPR compliance.
