Configuring Call Settings in UniFi Talk

UniFi Talk’s Call Settings allow you to provide your users with options for call parking. You can also block numbers without interrupting your users’ services.

Building Call Parking Lots

Parking lots allow you to put a caller on hold and make them available to an entire group of Talk users. To build a parking lot:

  1. Go to Settings > Call Settings > Call Parking.
  2. Click Create New.
  3. Adjust settings, including:
    1. Members (individuals or Groups)
    2. Hold Music
    3. Timeout Actions

Blocking Calls

  1. Go to Settings > Call Settings > Call Blocking
  2. Click Create New.
  3. Adjust settings, including:
    1. Blocked Number
    2. Internal vs. External
    3. Direction (Incoming, Outgoing or Both)
    4. To/From (Target specific users)
