Configuring Multiple Accounts in UniFi Talk Relay

UniFi Talk phones in standalone mode allow the configuration of multiple Talk Relay accounts. Follow the steps below to set up and manage your accounts.

Note: This article is for users of UniFi Talk Relay, a service that provides remote management of UniFi Talk Gen 3 phones adopted to third-party PBX systems. For information about UniFi Talk, start here.

Adding Accounts in Talk Relay

  1. Navigate to the Devices tab and select your phone.
  2. In the Device panel, click Configuration.
  3. Under Accounts, select Add New Account.
  4. Enter your PBX configuration details.

Switching Between Accounts

  1. Swipe down from the top of your phone's touch screen.
  2. Tap the active account to open a dropdown menu of all configured accounts.
  3. Select the account you want to switch to.
