Migrating Your Touch Pass to a New Device

A Touch Pass can be added to one smartphone and one smartwatch (only for iOS) with the same operating system. If you upgrade to a new device or lose your current one, you can transfer your Touch Pass to the new device, as long as it's signed in with the same iCloud or Google account.

  1. Ask your admin to unbind your Touch Pass from your old device in the Access application.
  2. On your new device, sign in to your Identity Endpoint account.
  3. Add Touch Pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
