Managing Call Logs in UniFi Talk
UniFi Talk provides comprehensive call logs to help you keep detailed records of user activity and call history, including access to call recordings and voicemails.

Call Logs
Call logs contain your call recordings, as well as your voicemails. You can access call logs in System Log > Calls.
Configuring Automatic Call Recordings
Navigate to Settings > Call Settings > Call Recordings & AI to adjust call recordings settings, including:
- Enabling Call Recording: Record incoming, outgoing, or all calls for selected phone numbers or Talk Groups.
- Applying Call Recording Selectively: Choose specific phone numbers or Talk Groups to focus on for recording.
- Generating AI Transcriptions: Automatically create written transcriptions of recorded calls for review and documentation.
Configuring Voicemail
Voicemail is enabled by default, but can be managed or disabled at Settings > Voicemail. For users looking to customize their voicemail message, go here.
Listening to Call Recordings and Voicemails
To listen to a call recording or voicemail message, click on the log entry to open its panel.
Deleting Call Logs
Cleaning up your call logs is easy with UniFi Talk.
- Select the checkbox(es) next to the call(s) you want to delete.
- Click the Delete button at the bottom left of the list.
