UniFi Identity Enterprise - Add Domo as an SSO App
Add Domo App to Identity Enterprise
- Go to your Identity Enterprise Manager > SSO Apps.
- Click the Add icon on the upper right corner and select Domo.
- Click Add. The Sign-On URL, Issuer, and Public Certificate will be displayed. Click to download the Public Certificate. Do not close the page as you'll need to copy and paste them to Domo later.
Configure SSO in Domo
- Sign in to Domo as an admin.
- Navigate to MORE > ADMIN > Authentication > SAML > START SETUP > Manual setup.
- In the Single Sign-On page, enter the following information:
- Identity provider endpoint URL: Paste the sign-on URL from Identity Enterprise Manager.
- Entity ID: Paste the issuer from Identity Enterprise Manager.
- Upload x.509 certificate to authenticate request: Upload the Public Certificate downloaded from Identity Enterprise Manager.
- Enable the options in Advanced settings as needed.
- Click SAVE CONFIG.
- Once saved, you can enable Mixed mode login to allow users to sign in to Domo using their Identity Provider (IdP) credentials.
Configure SSO Settings in Identity Enterprise
- Navigate back to the Add Domo page on Identity Enterprise Manager.

Enter your Domo subdomain. For example, if your Domo's sign-in URL is https://acme.domo.com, then enter "acme".

(Optional) Enter the SAML default relay state. It is the destination to which the user will be redirected after they have completed the authentication process at the IdP.
