Check Device Connection and Change Ports
- Ensure Secure Connections: Verify that the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the Apple device and the switch port.
- Change Switch Ports: Unplug the Ethernet cable from the current switch port and reconnect it to a different port on the same switch.
Adjust Mac Sleep Settings

- Enable the option: Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter when the display is off.
