Remote Hand-Off

With Remote Hand-Off, UniFi system integrators and installers can set up and easily transfer ownership to their client in just a few simple steps.

1. Set up a UniFi Cloud Gateway in the UniFi Mobile App.
2. After setup is complete, tap Remote Hand-Off.
3. Tap Transfer at the top of the next screen to enter the UI Account Email of your client.
   
   1. Note: If the user doesn’t have a UI account, they will receive an invitation to create one.
4. Once the invite is accepted, tap Confirm at the top to complete the transfer.

Note that you can change the UI Account Email, re-send the invite, or cancel the process at any time by selecting View from the banner message at the top of the dashboard.
