UniFi Connect - EV Station Error Codes
Refer to the table below for EV Station error codes and recommended troubleshooting actions. If you need further assistance, please contact Ubiquiti support.
Error Code | Description | Action |
E00 | Restart Required |
Unplug and reinsert the power cord, then reboot the EV Station. If this issue persists, please contact Ubiquiti Support. |
E01/E02 | Unable to Connect to Car |
Remove the charging connector and reinsert it. |
E03 | Unsafe Current Path |
Remove the charging connector and reboot the EV station. If this issue persists, have an admin or electrician check the connector, cable, station, and charge port for water damage. They should also ensure that no conductor wires are touching the ground. |
E04 | Unbound Ground Connection Detected |
Have an admin verify that the station is properly grounded, checking all connections, including the wall mount terminals, electrical panel(s), and junction boxes. |
E05 | Overheating Detected |
Have an electrician remove the station from the wall mount, verify that the conductors are the correct size, and ensure that the terminal block is properly torqued. |
E06 | Internal Part Failure |
Remove the charging connector and reboot the EV station. |
E07 | Vehicle Overcurrent Detected |
Reduce the vehicle's charge current setting, record the vehicle's VIN and the time when this error occurred, and contact the vehicle’s manufacturer. |
E08 | Overvoltage Detected |
Have an admin verify that the EV Station's power supply has 200-240V output. If it does, but the error persists, have an electrician unmount the EV Station and record the terminal block voltage readings for: L1 to L2/N, L1 to Ground, and L2/N to Ground. |
E09 | Relay Control Failure |
Remove the connector and reboot the station. |
E10 | Leakage Circuit Test Failure |
Have an admin contact Ubiquiti support. |
E11 | Undervoltage Detected |
Have an admin verify that the EV Station's power supply has 200-240V output. If it does but this issue persists, have an electrician unmount the EV Station and record the terminal block voltage readings for: L1 to L2/N, L1 to Ground, and L2/N to Ground. |
E12 | Internal Communication Failure |
Remove the charging connector and reboot the EV station. |
