Firmware files are bundled with the UniFi Video controller software, and firmware upgrades should succeed through the controller web interface. However, if you need to upgrade (or downgrade) firmware directly through the camera web UI, locate the files in the following directories:

User Tip:ProgramData is a hidden folder in the Control Panel. To expose hidden folders on Windows go to Start and type "hidden" then select the "Show Hidden Files and Folders" option that will appear. There are different methods to expose hidden folders specific to each Windows version, please see Windows documentation for guidance.
