UniFi Identity Users’ Guide

Once your admin has invited you to join UniFi Identity, you will receive an invitation link or email to guide you through downloading the UniFi Identity Endpoints and accessing the available One-Click WiFi, One-Click VPN, Door Access, and EV Station features.

Download the Endpoints and Load Your Credential

Notes: The credentials in your invitation link or email can be imported into your Identity Endpoint only once. If you remove the credential from the app or if your admin deactivates and subsequently reactivates your account, the admin will need to send you a new invitation with a new credential included. You can then import the new credential into your app.

  1. Do either of the following:
    • Open the message link you received and download the UniFi Identity Endpoint for iOS, Android, macOS, or Windows.
    • Open the invitation email you received, click Load My Credential, and download the UniFi Identity Endpoint for iOS, Android, macOS, or Windows.
  2. Follow the instructions in your link or invitation email to load your credentials.
  3. Enter the 4-digit verification code, if required. Note that the code expires in 7 days.

Access Features on the UniFi Identity Endpoint

If your admin assigns you additional features after you've started using your Identity Endpoint for mobile, you'll need to pull down the app screen to refresh the page. This ensures that the new features are accurately updated and displayed in the mobile endpoint.
