UniFi Identity Endpoint User Guide
UniFi Identity Endpoint is a way for companies to easily grant their employees access to IT infrastructure. With one app, you can connect to WiFi, access your shared drives, unlock doors, and much more. Here’s how to get started and make the most of it.

Getting Started
- Open your invitation email.
- Click Get Started.
- Open the app.
- Repeat this process on every device you’ll be using (computers & mobile devices).
Capabilities of UniFi Identity
Your capabilities depend on what is configured by your administrator. Here are the possibilities:
- One-Click WiFi and VPN Access: Connect securely to your organization’s network with a single click.
- Door Access and Doorbell Integration: Open doors with your phone or answer doorbells remotely for easy entry management.
- Live Camera Feeds: Monitor your spaces with real-time video access to your organization’s cameras.
- Softphone Integration: Make and receive calls through your organization’s phone system.
- EV Charging: Connect to your company's EV charger to charge your vehicle on premises.
- Shared Drive Access: Securely access files and collaborate with your team from anywhere.
