UniFi Access - Wire a Third-Party Door Chime to UA Hub

If you want a third-party chime to ring when someone calls from your UA G2 Pro or UA Pro or presses the doorbell push button, you can wire a chime to your UA Hub.
Requirements
- UA Hub requires v4.0.14.15 or above.
- UA Pro requires v2.2.158 or above.
- G2 Pro requires v1.1.146 or above.
Notes
- See the UA Hub Quick Start Guide for UA Hub specifications and installation.
- If the power supply of a door chime comes from your UA Hub, ensure the voltage is within the UA Hub limits.
Scenario 1
You have installed a UA G2 Pro or UA Pro outdoors and a chime indoors, and you want the chime to ring when someone calls from the UA G2 Pro or UA Pro.
- Go to your Access application > DEVICES > Location Hubs and select a hub. A panel showing the hub details will appear.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to the AUX-DRY or AUX-POWERED field according to the port to which you connect your chime and select "Chime".
- Click Apply Changes.
Scenario 2
You have installed one chime indoors, and you want the chime to ring when someone presses the doorbell outside.
- Go to your Access application > DEVICES > Location Hubs and select a hub. A panel showing the hub details will appear.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to AUX-DRY or AUX-POWERED according to the port to which you connect your chime and select Chime.
- Scroll down to the Input Terminal session, expand it, and select Doorbell Mode in the REN Mode field.
- Click Apply Changes.
