Owner Requests an MFA Method Reset

- Enter your account and password.
- Click Reset MFA Method on the sign-in page to initiate the MFA reset request. A verification code will be sent to your email address.
- Enter the verification code on the verification page.
- Verify your identity via other factors.
- If you do not remember the answers to other factors, click Skip to go to the next step.
- The more factors you complete, the more likely your MFA reset request will be approved.
- In the Verify your information page, enter the required information and click Next.
- In the Verify your applications page, select the applications you most frequently use and click Next.
- If you have never used the listed applications, click None of the above > Next.
