UID Enterprise and UID Enterprise Endpoints

UID Enterprise

UID Enterprise refers to the UID Enterprise Workspace and UID Enterprise Manager.

UID Enterprise Workspace

UID Enterprise Workspace allows users to access the apps and UniFi Consoles assigned to them, submit request forms and tickets, view the user directory, and download UID Enterprise endpoints.

To access this portal:

  • From a web browser: Type "https://[Your Domain Name].ui.com" in the address bar.
  • From the UID Enterprise desktop app: Launch your UID Enterprise desktop app and click Apps > UID Enterprise Workspace.
  • From UID Enterprise Manager: Launch your UID Enterprise Manager, click your avatar, and select UID Enterprise Workspace.

UID Enterprise Manager

UID Enterprise Manager allows admins to manage their workspaces.

To access this portal

  • From a web browser: Type "https://[Your Domain Name].ui.com/cloud" in the address bar.
  • From UID Enterprise Workspace: Launch your UID Enterprise Workspace and click APPLICATION > UID Enterprise Manager.

UID Enterprise Endpoints

Note

  • To download UID Enterprise endpoints, go to your UID Enterprise Workspace > DOWNLOAD. Or download the mobile apps from the App Store or Google Play.

UID Enterprise Desktop App for macOS and Windows

The UID Enterprise desktop app allows users to simply connect to One-Click WiFi and One-Click VPN, access SSO apps, submit approval requests and helpdesk tickets, and more.

UID Enterprise Mobile App for iOS and Android

The UID Enterprise mobile app is designed for both workspace admins and users.

For Users

  • Access organizational resources such as doors, cameras, One-Click WiFi, One-Click VPN, and applications through a simple tap.
  • Charge your electric vehicles effortlessly.
  • Submit and manage approval requests and helpdesk tickets efficiently.
  • View the user directory with ease.

For Admins

Important Note

  • The UID Manager mobile app has been merged into the UID Enterprise mobile app (formerly named UniFi Identity mobile app) since v0.65.2 and will be unavailable soon. To ensure uninterrupted workspace management, please switch to the UID Enterprise mobile app as soon as possible.

Navigate to the Manage tab within your UID Enterprise app to manage user access to your workspace resources and monitor your workspace activities in real-time.

  • Centralized User Management: Efficiently and securely add, view, edit, or delete users.
  • Resource Assignment: Effortlessly assign workspace users access to required resources.
  • Activity Insights: Maintain full oversight of your entire organization by viewing site-specific events and user activity in real-time.
  • SSO App Insights: Efficiently track and analyze the usage of your SaaS tools and pay for only what you really need.
  • Layout: Utilize the AR feature to create a virtual layout map for your sites.
