Requirements

• Ensure your UniFi Console is not running UniFi Identity Enterprise. If it does, you must deactivate Identity Enterprise Manager first.
• Only UniFi Console Owner, Super Admins, and Admins with full OS setting management can assign UniFi Identity features to users.
• Ensure your UniFi OS version is 3.2.5 or later. The UniFi OS version is currently in the Early Access channel.
• Ensure your console module supports the UniFi Identity features. See the table below for details.

• Only the features supported by your console will be displayed on the user interface.
