Power and setup requirements
To use your G4 Pro, you will need:
- A network video recorder (NVR), such as the UniFi Dream Machine Pro (UDM-Pro), UniFi Network Video Recorder (UNVR), or Cloud Key Plus (UCK-G2-PLUS).
- A UniFi Protect Controller hosted on any of the NVRs above. For more detailed setup instructions, see UniFi Protect - Set up the UniFi Protect Controller.
- Any 802.3af/802.3at Ubiquiti PoE adapter or a UniFi PoE switch.

What does it mean if I see a spinning, blue LED ring on my G4 Pro?

What does it mean if the G4 Pro LED ring is flashing green?
It means that your camera is currently not connected to your controller. Check the cable connection of your hardware controller and camera, and make sure that your controller is not performing a firmware update (your cameras will automatically reconnect once it's finished).
Why is my G4 Pro not recording in 4K?

Is the G4 Pro capable of two-way audio transfer?
