UniFi Protect - Two-Way Camera Audio

Leverage UniFi's two-way audio functionality to directly communicate with subjects through your Protect Cameras' integrated speakers. 

Supported Devices

Many UniFi Protect cameras feature two-way audio. Some devices include:

• G3 Instant
• G4 Instant
• G4 Doorbell
• G4 Doorbell Pro
• G4 Dome
• G5 Dome
• AI Theta
• AI 360
• AI Professional

You can confirm whether two-way audio is supported by looking at a device's datasheet or product listing on the UI Store.

Note: Sound will still be recorded on cameras that don't support full two-way audio.

How To Use Two-Way Audio

1. Open the UniFi Protect Mobile App (iOS / Android).
2. Navigate to a camera's Playback.
3. Click the microphone button and speak.
