UniFi Connect - Automatically Control Display with Cast

When enabled, the Automatically Control Display with Cast setting will use the CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) feature of HDMI to automatically control the display connected to your Display Cast when it powers on or off. You can customize this feature to only turn on, only turn off, or both turn on and turn off the HDMI display together with your Display Cast.

This feature is supported on Connect version 3.2.7 and Display Cast version 1.4.169 and later. Early Access Display Casts may not support this feature.

If your display does not automatically turn on:

1. Make sure that your display or receiver offers HDMI CEC support. Ask the display's manufacturer if you do not know the answer.
2. Check that HDMI CEC is turned on in your display’s settings. Please note that display manufacturers may call HDMI CEC by a different name.
